What sheet metal services do you offer in-house?
Press brake forming (50–200 ton range), robotic and manual welding, CNC punching, hardware insertion, finishing (deburr, surface treatment), in-house powder coating, and full assembly. All under one roof with one quality system.
What is the largest sheet you can form?
4 m bend length on our largest press brake. Above that we either pre-form on the laser, weld sub-assemblies, or use roll forming.
Do you offer powder coating in-house?
Yes — powder coating is in-house on a 24-hour finishing turn. Wet paint, anodizing, and plating run through co-located partners we manage under one quality system.
